This practical course aims to provide an understanding of the construction of the wattle panels and the subsequent lime based daub covering.

• The cutting and fixing of wattle panels to a timber framed building
• The mixing and application of a lime based daub to render the panels
• Appraising the repairs to such panels from a conservation point of view.
